Another good article. the Link Crunch eh? :) the credit crunch was always going to come, I literally sold up and moved on 3 years ago because I could see the housing market spiralling out of control, <i>nobody</i> can afford to pay back 7 times salary when the rates rise again, and with the Uk's personal debt at 1.3 trillion <i>without</i> taking mortgages into account as far back as 2006, anyone who's seen a recession or two before needed their head testing to think that buy to let etc was going to make them rich. Kirsty Allsop and the Daily Mail also have a lot to answer for, where are all these "buy to let millionaires" and their portfolio of 150 houses now eh? as for the Link crisis I think it's started already, fairly sure there's been a change in the way G is looking at anchor text in the last few weeks. hello Red.
