About RedEvo

SEO is very confusing even though the basics are not complicated. There are also many websites offering SEO advice and new companies appearing every day claiming to have all the answers. I don’t claim to have all the answers but in this blog you will find simple information you can actually use and some philosophical debate about SEO and its many component parts.

My name is Dave Robinson, my company is called Red Evolution. We are an Aberdeen web design company who specialise in web development and SEO (or whatever they are calling it these days). I’ve got an eclectic mix of skills as in my time I’ve worked in a shipyard building nuclear submarines, I’ve cleaned cars, played in bands, worked in universities, worked on oil rigs and most things in between. My qualifications – if you are into that sort of thing – are as diverse. I’ve got an ONC (Mech Eng.) an HNC (Mech Eng.) a BSc (Building Surveying) and an MSc (Information Systems). I’m a Chartered Engineer (CEng) and a member of the British Computer Society (MBCS).

In my spare time I play in a swing band, work as a retained firefighter and compete at ballroom dancing. I live in a beautiful cottage in rural Scotland with my partner Caron and grow food, weather permitting.

If you like what I have to say and want to hire me, I’m listening.
