		<description>Well, hopefully in the future, the initial development of all Web sites will follow a standardized approach (WASP, but that seems too idealistic) - I haven&#039;t been calling it quality control myself - just basic, good development practices. Perhaps taking usability and accessibility into a count will help bolster a site&#039;s rankings as well. But probably not - the metric for these seem out of the scope of search engines.</description>
