SEO Is Only Part of the Equation

Driving through the Scottish Highlands yesterday we decided to stop off for some refreshments. We saw a sign for Local Services and pulled off the main road to take advantage of them. We had a need and we had money.
Driving along the small road that led to the services it wasn’t clear where we should go, I started to have my doubts. When we found the services I wasn’t sure if they were open. They kind of looked open and there was another couple of cars outside. However, there were no signs. No, ‘”Breakfast Served Here”, no, “Great Coffee Available Now”, no, “Come in and Make Yourself at Home”, nothing…..
We looked at each other, frowned, shook our heads and drove off.
