		<description>Good post - I&#039;ve been working hard over the last few years optimising a site that does exceptionally well in the rankings for designated keywords  and when considering that when it was built, SEO wasn&#039;t at the core of it&#039;s development.

Needless to say, job redundancies beckon - my job in particular and the plan it to have this site redeveloped without any due consideration for it&#039;s current success in the SE&#039;s.

Should I be bothered considering the imminent date with the job centre that my company has served up to me? Damn right, all that demonstratable hard work and toil is about to go to waste....</description>
